
Leonhard Kurz presents Light Line inVisible, a new label design within its Light Line series that emphasises the appearance of transparent substrates by combining a holographic effect with a translucent colour layer.
The new Lightline Line inVisible label design is a new by a coloured, transparent-diffracting design. It is designed to take the appearance of transparent substrates in particular to a new level and enables a perfect play of colours. Lightline inVisible creates a holographic effect that is combined with a translucent colour layer. The highly transparent colours accentuate the diffractive structure in a special way and can show off its play of light in the reflections to optimum effect.
The designs can be can be overprinted inline using cold transfer and used both partially and over the entire surface. They then give the finished product a special lustre.
Colours right on trend
As an innovation, some of the Light Line inVisible designs were also equipped with the exclusive Short trend colours combined. These are determined every year by the interdisciplinary design team of the reflect current social currents and trends. The combination of the semi-transparent colour and the respective Light Line design creates new effects. However, Kurz customers can not only choose from the existing colour and effect combinations, but can also opt for a Individual colour matching decide.
The new product line will initially be available as an extension of the KPO series in cold transfer. As these are common applications in flexographic printing, the new product line into existing systems without costly retrofitting.
