Bluhm Weber will be exhibiting coding systems for labels, ink and laser at Empack in Dortmund from 15 to 16 May. The applications are specially designed for the packaging industry and contribute to trouble-free production.

As automation in the packaging industry increases, so does the demand for labelling quality. Bluhm Weber shows concrete solutions for this and presents, among other things Smart labelling technology with self-diagnostic function The system uses an image processing system to check the print result immediately after coding. This ensures process reliability, as the rapid intervention prevents production errors, which is particularly beneficial on high-speed lines in the packaging industry. This not only saves money, but also conserves resources.

In addition to process reliability, the device design of the labelling technology also guarantees the trouble-free production. The Bluhm Weber team shows at the Empack in Dortmund showcased the latest technical features. Innovative cleaning systems in the inkjet printers save energy, modules in label printing dispensers reduce compressed air and dispensing systems that apply labels without a liner avoid waste. The Markoprint integra PP RAZR inkjet printer not only prints in high resolution up to 600 dpi, it also features a environmentally friendly permanent print head, which does not have to be replaced when the cartridge is changed.

Thanks to their high level of flexibility, the labellers, laser markers and industrial printers adapt perfectly to all surfaces, production environments and speeds. Production processes become more efficient thanks to the reliable technology. Even on high-speed lines and with a high degree of customisation the labelling.
