At LogiMAT 2019, Rea Jet will be showcasing maintenance-free ink and laser systems for contactless product labelling. The automation products are designed to help companies optimise their material flow from procurement to production and distribution.
Laser and Inkjet product labelling systems accelerate the Intralogistics in companies, emphasises Rea Jet. The advantages of the Rea-Jet systems pay off, especially for products where low manufacturing costs and fast delivery speeds are particularly important.
On the LogiMAT the Mühltal-based company will be showcasing various of its labelling systems. They each consist of high-quality components and are supplied with intelligently programmed software. They are controlled via the standardised operating concept „Rea Jet Titanium“. This also allows machine-readable codes generate. Straight Data matrix codes are becoming more and more widespread because they can encrypt a lot of information in a small space and, thanks to integrated error correction, are still readable when damaged.

Labelling systems are fit for Industry 4.0 applications
Labelling systems from Rea Jet support the UTF-8 standard and can handle true-type font files. This makes them particularly attractive for export-orientated companies, as they can be easily integrated into higher-level databases and can output almost any international character. The XML-based data structure and the existing Ethernet interfaces are the prerequisite for use in Industry 4.0 applications. An Internet browser and a VNC server for remote maintenance are also already integrated.
At its trade fair stand, Rea Jet will also be demonstrating the integration of robot technology, high-performance Pallet and continuous labeller from Rea Label and new systems such as the „VeriCube“ from Rea Verifier. The VeriCube enables preventive, standard-compliant testing of codes used worldwide.
