IMS Technologies is known for the brand Goebel IMS. The aim of the partnership formed in May 2018 with Laem System was to extend the range of services offered by Slitter rewinders for the converting industry and especially for processors of flexible packaging materials.
Slitter rewinder will attract attention
On the Exhibition stand the RB 4 slitter rewinder from Laem System will attract a lot of attention. The Reversible winder is particularly suitable for film manufacturers and processors who produce finished rolls with maximum diameters of up to 600 millimetres. Short changeover times in the loading and unloading of the twin-shaft machine ensure little downtime and therefore high productivity.
Both Winding shafts can be driven together with one motor or independently with two motors. The possibilities of the user-friendly control panels of the centre winder will be demonstrated to visitors to the stand directly on site.

Partnership already showing initial success
