At Fachpack in Nuremberg, Expresso is presenting a new-generation mobile lifting and transport system with a digital interface.

Expresso is presenting a new-generation mobile lifting and transport system at Fachpack in Nuremberg. The modular and versatile system is characterised by its digital interfaces, which also allow the system to be integrated into Industry 4.0 scenarios.

The lift2move handling and transport system from Expresso is the linchpin of internal material flow processes in many industries today. Whether it is about the feeding of packaging systems, pick-up and delivery services between warehouse and production or the positioning of components in assembly..

For the new running gear of the lift2move solution all aluminium components have been removed from the design of the floor assembly, so that it is now made entirely of steel. This results in numerous advantages for the user. In addition to greater static stability and improved driving characteristics, the change in material has enabled two important design optimisations to be implemented: A Extended wheelbase, which gives the entire system a high degree of stability, and a Widened lifting mast base, which increases the torsional rigidity of the floor assembly.

This additional control module enables automated approach of up to six freely programmable lift mast positions. Other additional features include a height-adjustable lift path limiter that can be attached to the mast, a mechanical lift path adjustment system that extends the lift path and a separately driven telescopic mast that can be used to adjust the lift path without affecting the overall height of the lift2move. solution can be enlarged.

With the lift2move solution the company offers a multifunctional, flexible and ergonomic handling and transport solution that can be used for numerous applications. Optimise material flow processes in warehousing, order picking, shipping, production and assembly can be used. It can be used as a lifting and tilting device, as a turning and holding system, as a gripping and turning unit, as a feed and discharge system and much more. The lift2move model range solution currently comprises four single-mast variants with load capacities from 85 to 225 kg and one double-mast variant with a load capacity of 400 kg. All versions can also be combined with six trolley types (narrow, short, etc.).
