Multivac honours committed employees

At Multivac, trainees and students with exceptional achievements were honoured with an internal company sponsorship award.

With the Hans Joachim Boekstegers Award, Multivac honours trainees and students who demonstrate exceptional performance in the commercial or technical field. Especially in times when companies are struggling with the ongoing shortage of skilled labour, the company is investing in the training and further education of its employees.

The shortage of skilled labour is hitting the mechanical engineering sector hard. This is shown by the "DIHK Skilled Labour Report 2021". According to the report, capital goods manufacturers are struggling with above-average recruitment difficulties. Multivac defuses this situation with a increased investment in training and further education. The Hans Joachim Boekstegers Award motivates the specialists of tomorrow to get the best out of themselves.

"Our aim is to honour young employees' willingness to perform and their desire to succeed and thus firmly anchor them in the company. After all, a company like Multivac needs committed and responsible junior staff who are committed to ensuring that we continue to set standards in the market with our pioneering packaging and processing solutions."
