Efficient production processes from Multivac at interpack

Multivac is once again presenting itself as an integrated solution provider for the „Packaging and Processing“ sector. The Group will be showcasing its comprehensive portfolio for food as well as medical and pharmaceutical products in several exhibition areas.

In addition to various packaging technologies, the company will be demonstrating several fully automated packaging lines, primarily for the food industry, at its main stand. The extensive automation expertise results in concepts for the production of sustainable packaging solutions as well as solutions for the digitalisation of processes and business models. The manufacturer will also be providing an insight into its broad portfolio of semi-automatic and automatic packaging solutions for small and medium-sized processors: from chamber machines and traysealers to compact thermoforming packaging machines.

In front of Hall 4, various processing solutions from the Group can be seen in live operation. These include a new slicer, a portioning system including product loading into trays and a flowpacker line for packing minced meat.

Multivac will also be presenting solutions for packaging medical and pharmaceutical products in Hall 16 (Stand C57). A fully integrated packaging line will be on show for the automated production and labelling of combination packs for the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
