Beim Label Day in Wiesloch stellt Polar eine neue Systemstanze vor. Die Stanze DCC-12 ermöglicht die Fernwartung und Ferndiagnose, erreicht mit einer Produktionssteigerung einen höheren Output und ist daher auch für die duale Nutzung geeignet.
Die Gegendruckstanze DCC-12 wurde für die hochautomatisierte Inline-Produktion von gebündelten Stanzetiketten aus kompressiblen Kunststoffmaterialien entwickelt und ist das schnellste System auf dem Markt. Nun wird das System am 25. April in Wiesloch bei Heidelberg Printing Machines vorgestellt. Darüber hinaus kann auch abseits des Events ein Demo-Termin vereinbart werden, sowohl live als auch remote.
Die neue DCC-12 erreicht dank der Produktivitätssteigerung um 25% einen Output von 10 Takten pro Minute. Mit optimierter HMI-Software und einem kapazitiven 4c-Farbdisplay wird die Bedienung erleichtert. Die Stanze ist in der Lage, Etikettenpakete ohne Karton zu handhaben, wodurch der Abfall reines Monomaterial ist und optimal recycelt werden kann. Durch die Belüftung der Stanzeisen könne die Abfälle direkt abgesaugt werden, so können auch spitzwinklige Formen unter 90° problemlos gestanzt werden.
