Packaging and film specialist Bischof+Klein is setting its course for the future and strengthening its management board: From 1 May 2026, Dr. Alexander Wansel will take over the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, he will be responsible for the company group's global operations and will particularly drive the further development of the production and process landscape.
With the appointment of Alexander Wansel, Bischof+Klein is relying on an experienced manager with over 25 years of expertise in the packaging industry. In the past, Wansel held senior operational positions at renowned companies such as Huhtamaki Flexibles, the RKW Group, and SCHOTT Pharma. There, he made significant contributions to the optimisation and scaling of complex international production networks.
