Uhlmann Pac-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG is announcing a change in management as of 1 April 2019. Michael Mrachacz will take over from Siegfried Drost, the previous Managing Director Sales, who will leave the company on 31 March 2019 for reasons of age.

„My goal is to continue Uhlmann's successful growth. This is only possible with a very high level of customer satisfaction. That is why I am passionately committed to ensuring that we remain close to our customers and that we organise sales and service strategically and in a market- and customer-oriented manner,“ says Michael Mrachacz.
Tobias Uhlmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Uhlmann, is delighted with the succession plan that has been found: „With Michael Mrachacz, we can fill this important position from within our own ranks and thus ensure a seamless transition. In him, we have found an outstanding successor who I regard as an enthusiastic, strong Leadership personality who is hands-on, creative and motivating. We are very much looking forward to continuing our collaboration and wish him a good start in his new role.“

The company emphasises that Siegfried Drost played a key role in shaping this development, as he greatly expanded Uhlmann's international business with the establishment of numerous sales and service subsidiaries and was one of the main drivers behind the formation of the strategic alliance between the two companies. Excellence United was. The companies Bausch+Ströbel, Fette Compacting, Glatt, Harro Höfliger and Uhlmann pool their expertise under the umbrella of the alliance and offer their customers solutions for the entire value chain of medical device and pharmaceutical production.
