Marchesini, manufacturer of automatic pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging machines, will be presenting new solutions at Fachpack in Nuremberg. These include, in particular, machines for the growing cosmetics industry market, such as an automatic tube filling machine.
In recent years, the growing cosmetics industry has accounted for an increasing share of the consolidated sales of the Marchesini Group out. At Fachpack, an Axo 1000 Tube filling machine for the automatic filling and closing of regular and irregularly shaped plastic, laminate and aluminium tubes to be seen.
This solution is manufactured by Axomatic, the Group brand specialising in processing and filling machines. Together with the Cosmatic, Dumek, Vibrotech and V2 Engineering brands, it forms the comprehensive offering of the Marchesini Group's Beauty Division, which is able to cover the entire production cycle of a cosmetic product, from the process to the end of the line.
The group will also present its new models for packaging products in environmentally friendly materials including machines for cartoning products in cardboard trays. Also on show will be thermoforming and blister packaging machines for the production of blisters and Trays made from compostable materials such as PLA or R-PET or stickpack lines that contain 100 per cent recyclable plastic monomaterials use. These machines reflect the Group's ongoing commitment to expanding the range of solutions that utilise sustainable packaging materials and are part of the wider new "Be" project on environmental, social and economic sustainability.
