Picker line concepts from Trapo

Trapo will be presenting its pickers with parallel kinematics from the HPPS series at Anuga FoodTec under the motto „Great cinema“.

"Great cinema" is the motto of Trapo's product presentation at Anuga FoodTec. The company is presenting its picker with parallel kinematics from the HPPS series. Popcorn and packaging crates travel together on the revolving conveyor belt. 

Pick-and-place applications play a key role in the Food industry play a central role. They include the Gripping, sorting, preparing and packing in cardboard boxes and are based on the general data of the product: the quality, weight and format.

Hardware and software from a single source

Trapo grab food at Consistently high speed, repeat accuracy and bring them together in optimum quality. The picker solutions from are used to suit the respective product - and supplemented by NIO applications.

Pickers depalletise unmixed trays and place the products including trays on a conveyor belt. Pickers pick the goods and form them into any combination of trays. The trays provided are then loaded automatically.

The company reduces time, sources of error and costs because Hardware and software from a single source originate.
