Orbis Europe presents its robust reusable plastic transport packaging for various industrial sectors. In addition to the PlastiCorr packaging solution, which can be used as a one-to-one replacement for corrugated cardboard and cardboard boxes in automated packaging lines, this also includes plastic pallets in a new design for the food and beverage industry.
Other trade fair highlights include the UN-certified IonPak hazardous goods container and other large load carriers such as the GitterPak and XXLPaks for use in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
The company is presenting two variants of its plastic pallets in a new design for use in food and beverage transport: the German Pallet (1,180 x 1,265 millimetres) and the Spanish Pallet (1,120 x 1,420 millimetres). Users can transport solid packaging such as drinks, aluminium and steel cans cleanly and safely. The openings in the upper deck of the pallets enable improved circulation of water and air in automated and manual washing systems. The plastic pallets also weigh less and are more robust against bending or impact. In combination with layer pads and stacking frames, product loads can be stacked stably and securely.
The UN-certified IonPak hazardous goods containers (UN4H2/UN50H) is suitable for transporting solid hazardous goods in packaging group II, such as lithium-ion batteries. The foldable packaging solution consists of a robust large load carrier with standard European dimensions (1,200 x 800/1,200 x 1,000/1,600 x 1,200 millimetres) and a hazardous goods-optimised, customer-specific inner packaging for comprehensive product protection (image).
For use with heavy and large components Orbis the two Large load carrier GitterPak and XXLPak. With a basic size of 1,200 x 800 millimetres, the GitterPak, which can bear loads of up to 900 kilograms, is a rustproof and foldable alternative to steel mesh boxes.
