W.AG Funktion + Design GmbH has had a new management team since December 2018. Bertram Göb and Christof Hanschke have been Managing Directors of the company, which manufactures plastic cases and cases, since then. With the dual leadership, W.AG has implemented the concept of technical and commercial management.
Bertram Göb has been working in the management of the Geisa-based company for seven years. As Sales Manager he was already a member of the management team. In future, he will be responsible for the commercial area, including national and international sales and marketing.
Christof Hanschke looks back on 30 years of experience in the field of Injection moulding technology back. He has already worked as a managing director in several other companies in various sectors. He is with W.AG will be responsible for technology and production in the future.
Innovation processes for individualised plastic cases
Hanschke and Böb have set themselves the goal of strengthening W.AG's ability to innovate and its technological leadership, and to strengthen the company's positioning as a Premium manufacturer of plastic cases and boxes in the long term. The company's internal innovation processes and the high level of vertical integration with modern machinery should contribute to this. Above all, the aim is to further develop the product- and customer-orientated Individualisation of cases and integrate new functions and features into innovative case solutions.
