Recyclates developed according to customer specifications

For the recycling products of the Schwarz Group PreZero not only collects and sorts plastic waste from private households, it is also recycled into new raw materials at its own recycling plants in Europe. Almost all regranulates are developed at PreZero according to customer specifications - for example in terms of hardness, elasticity, breaking strength, temperature and chemical resistance. This makes them an alternative to newly produced virgin material, which can significantly improve the ecological balance of the resulting products. This also applies to household products for the Schwarz Group, which, according to the company, are made from 100 per cent recycled plastic (excluding colourants). In addition, the entire recycling and manufacturing process takes place in Europe, which saves additional resources and protects the environment.
