The process solutions, from product preparation to transfer to packaging, are characterised by their performance modular from start-up to fully automated, highly industrialised, customised high-performance production designed. New dosing systems will be presented for the first time. The multi-lane model DS 560 P offers a high line output for dosing liquid, low and high viscosity, pasty, inhomogeneous and chunky filling compounds, especially with customised interfaces to packaging machines. The single-lane and flexible DS 554 dosing system (Fig.) demonstrates its strengths particularly in the dosing of chunky, fibrous and inhomogeneous filling products, accurate to the gram. Both systems score points alongside high variability and interface capability, innovative valve technology and intrinsic safety with simple operation via the control panel of the vacuum filling machine.

The highlight of the fair is the Handtmann-ConProSachet system. It offers start-ups as well as SMEs and industrial companies a Process for packaging suitable liquid or pasty food and food supplements in sachets made from seaweed based material in the form of sachets, pods and pockets for sauces, dips, dressings or jams. In addition to numerous process-supporting Industry 4.0 solutions, the filling and portioning specialist will also be on site with its Handtmann Customised Solutions, with which the company offers tailor-made solutions for individual customer requirements.
