The mechanical engineering company Rationator from Hillesheim specialises in modular filling lines. The company will be showcasing this expertise at the upcoming all4pack in Paris, with the Robocap-EC capping machine in the spotlight.
The demand for filling systems with the greatest possible flexibility in terms of product and format diversity has risen sharply in recent years. The ever-increasing individualisation of formats and a large number of new cosmetic and pharmaceutical products mean that the requirements for filling are constantly growing. Rationator offers short-term availability thanks to its long-established series production. The modularity of the lines is an important factor here.
Capping machine in focus
The in-house Robomat filling system can be combined with the Robocap-EC DP capping machine, which automatically applies a wide variety of caps to the filled bottles, such as screw caps and press-on caps or even spray and dosing pumps with beak orientation. At all4pack, which takes place from 21 to 24 November in Paris, the focus will be on Robocap. But this is not the only machine at the trade fair where Rationator will be demonstrating how the latest generation of filling and capping machines work.
All series-produced machines are extremely flexible, technically state-of-the-art and are used wherever high quality and diversity are required. Sustainability, energy efficiency and programme-guided automatic cleaning are at the forefront of the latest generation of machines.
