Reka Klebetechnik GmbH & Co. KG from Eggenstein specialises in hand-operated hot-melt bonding equipment. These have been developed by the company since 1977 and are produced exclusively in Germany. They are suitable for processing hot melt adhesives in almost all moulds available on the market.
Adhesive sticks, granulates, adhesive pads, even pure adhesives in 310-millilitre aluminium cartridges can be applied with it. The adhesives can be applied in sprays, beads or dots.
In the packaging industry Hot glue guns for glue sticks frequently used. Hot glue gun without compressed air
With the MS 200 mechanical hot glue gun can easily process hot melt adhesives in the form of 43-millimetre sticks, granules and pellets. For this, the MS 200 requires No compressed air and, thanks to its 600 watt power consumption, is already after five minutes of operationt. The large filler opening allows the melting tank with a capacity of 250 millilitres to be filled easily and cleanly.
A particularly Ergonomic moulding and an adjustable handle allow fatigue-free and comfortable working. The MS 200 is therefore also suitable for petite hands and for both right and left-handers. The integrated magnetic base enables Quickly switch off and pick up again of the appliance for considerable time savings when working. A wire bracket ensures that the device can also be placed safely on non-magnetic surfaces. Combined with a wide range of available nozzles, the MS 200 can be used for almost any application in a handy, flexible and professional manner.
