Marc Reynders, CEO of Reynders label printing, and Jörg Gottlieb, CEO of Schäfer-Etiketten, have announced the merger of Schäfer-Etiketten with the Reynders Group. The full integration of the German site into the Group will be completed in the first quarter of 2023, according to the companies.
Soon after the first meetings between representatives of the two companies, it was clear that they have identical DNA, which drives a shared passion for self-adhesive labels. Both companies are family-owned and showed the same deep-rooted commitment to their employees and customers alike.
Reynders label printing and Schäfer-Etiketten are convinced that the experience and product knowledge, combined with the technical skills of both companies, will benefit everyone involved - both internally and externally. Florian Meißner, Managing Director of the Swabian company, and his team will continue to run the business in Wolfschlugen.
