Robatech will be presenting its range of high-quality adhesive application systems at FachPack 2018. The „AntiSlip Gluing“ solution for pallet stabilisation is new. However, proven systems such as the „RobaFeed 3“ automatic filling system for adhesive granulate with the „GlueFill“ granulate container will also be on show.
The new solution „AntiSlip Gluing“ understands Robatech as a contribution to greater sustainability. This reduces the need to wrap each pallet in plastic film. AntiSlip Gluing is cost-effective and future-proof, according to the company from Muri in the Swiss canton of Aargau.
Adhesive filling system increases work safety
Costs can therefore also be minimised with the proven Filling system for adhesive granulate „RobaFeed 3“ can be saved with the „GlueFill“ granulate container. It also increases the efficiency of a production line.
In particular, the risks associated with the Filling a hot melt glue applicator arise, writes the company. Temperatures of up to 200 degrees Celsius often prevail in such tank systems. Splashes of adhesive can cause burns when opened.
