Round bottom bags for sensitive products

Rhein-Plast uses its expertise as a specialist in high-quality monofilms for bags and sacks made of pure polyethylene to produce round bottom bags (also known as round bottom liners). These are used for Precisely fitting lining of drums, hobbocks and buckets.

The strengths of the round-bottom bag, such as the simple insertion process, complete filling and complete emptying of the container, are combined with the special inert material properties of pure polyethylene. The Risk of contamination of highly sensitive goods is reduced while handling is improved at the same time and an increase in the efficiency of the filling process.

The film complies with the European Pharmacopoeia Ph.Eur. 3.1.3, 3.1.4 without any additives and the US Pharmacopoeia (USP). On request it is also possible to to equip round bottom bags with a wide variety of additives such as antistatic agents, lubricants or colour batches. These then comply with Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 or individually exceed it. Due to the manufacturing process in the single-layer extrusion, the packaging materials are 100 per cent recyclable. The individual carbon footprint per delivery can be shown on request.
