The subsidiary of Gerhard Schubert GmbH plans and implements customised packaging solutions for numerous customers around the world. This year, Schubert Packaging Systems GmbH is celebrating its 50th anniversary.
The initial idea behind the founding of IPS (International Packaging Systems) was to offer comprehensive and turnkey automated packaging systems for every customer requirement. Schubert Packaging Systems GmbH was still trading under this name in the 1970s. In addition to pure packaging in cardboard boxes, the aim was also to the entire surrounding process is planned and realised for the customer from a single source.
