A change is imminent on the Management Board of Göppingen-based Schuler AG. CEO Stefan Klebert will step down from the Management Board on 24 April 2018. His successor will be Domenico Iacovelli. He will join the Management Board as Deputy Chairman on 1 November 2017 and take over Klebert's position when he leaves.
Stefan Klebert will terminate his contract as Chairman of the Management Board the Schuler AG will not be extended. According to the company, this change in personnel has been mutually agreed as of the date of the next Annual General Meeting. The outgoing CEO is therefore planning to pursue new career opportunities.
Stefan Klebert had been CEO since 1 October 2010. During his time in office, he successfully developed the Schuler Group, the company said in recognition of his activities. In China and North America, the most important international growth markets for the Forming technology, Schuler has significantly expanded its market position through acquisitions and organic growth.
Domenico Iacovelli is to become the new CEO from 24 April 2018. He was most recently Managing Director of „Andritz Soutec“ in Neftenbach, Switzerland, and Managing Director of Schuler Automation.[infotext icon]
