Securikett came out on top in the Converter Small & Medium category with its It's Pater VOID labels and VOID tapes. The prize is awarded to initiatives that address the ecological and social aspects of sustainability.
The award ceremony took place from 23-25 November at the InterContinental Hotel in Barcelona as part of the FINAT Technical Seminars 2022 will take place. From Securikett Managing Director Gregor Kitzberger and Vanessa Mitterer, Head of the R&D department, were on hand to accept the award.

Just a few weeks earlier, the It's PAPER series of paper-based security seals has already won the "Green Packaging Star Award" of the trade magazine Kompack.
"This shows that the years of research work have paid off: Our PaperVOIDs work really well and not only pass all tear tests, drop tests and ageing tests well, but are even superior to their plastic counterparts in terms of tampering tests with liquids.We are delighted to receive this award because we see it as recognition for several years of research work. The requirements for our paper-based security labels were high: in principle, they had to be able to do everything from the outset that we have developed over the years with our tamper-proof plastic VOID labels. The biggest challenge was to ensure that the effect that makes the word "VOID" appear after peeling off, for example, is also visible with paper."
