The Marchesini Group presents a wide range of machines and systems developed for the pharmaceutical industry, characterised by innovative features in the areas of Industry 4.0, sustainability, safety and product traceability.
At the centre of the trade fair appearance of the Marchesini Group is a state-of-the-art Solution for the packaging, serialisation and traceability of blister products, in collaboration with the strategic partner SEA Vision, a company specialising in image processing systems.
The Integra 720V, an integrated robot line for packaging blister packs in folding cartons, will be presented together with the BL-A525 CW labeller, which has an integrated checkweigher for dynamic weighing and checking of folding cartons. The innovative feature of this line is the Integration of a new technology that the company claims is unique on the market: a complete software package, which joins the blister to the carton. This is a strategically important solution for all areas in which blister packs are sold, distributed or separated from their original packaging.
