Sidel is launching its new EvoFill PET filling solution for water and still beverages. The system is considered the machine manufacturer's fastest filling machine and combines advanced flow technology with a next-generation filling valve.
At the heart of the innovation is a novel filling valve technology based on a comprehensive fluid dynamics study. This allows for filling up to 20 percent faster, achieving a production speed of up to 90,000 bottles per hour. This is achieved through optimised product flow and a more compact design, which reduces the space required on the production floor by up to 15 percent.
Hygienic filling in focus
Hygiene plays a central role in the development of EvoFill PET. A contactless filling process, which makes component changes unnecessary when switching filling levels, helps to maintain beverage quality. Furthermore, the filler reduces water and chemical consumption through optimised cleaning cycles, which lowers operating costs while simultaneously protecting the environment.

Flexibility and ergonomics
The EvoFill PET is available in various configurations, including stand-alone, Combi, and Super Combi solutions. This flexibility allows producers to adapt their systems to current and future requirements. Improved accessibility to key areas, such as the external cap buffer and the Hepa filters on the roof, simplifies maintenance and enhances the safety and efficiency of workflows.
Tommaso Tegoni, Product Manager at Sidel, explains that the EvoFill PET is designed to enable customers to achieve increased production while optimising operating costs. With automatic, fast changeovers and an extended lifespan for key components, the filler promises long-term value creation.
