With the Made for Recycling„ seal“ The new product range demonstrates to customers that the company values a functioning circular economy and takes responsibility for climate and resource protection.

Depending on taste and requirement profile Scarce a wide variety of materials are used: From discreet grey cardboard to high-quality, high-gloss finishing solutions. Creative contour punching on the front card makes the product visible and tangible. If a product requires special protection, this is provided by a window made of cellulose, R-PET, PP or PLA. All materials are disposed of in waste paper, making them recyclable and part of a sustainable cycle of resources and recyclable materials.

The latest investment at Knapp is a XL 106 from Heidelberger Druckmaschinen with six colours and two coating units. Thanks to the modern drive technology and dryer generation, the machine requires around 30 per cent less energy.
