
The Weber Group will be presenting solutions for the automated production of snacks and convenience products at Anuga FoodTec. The company is also presenting two premieres at the trade fair and slicing lines for the food service market.
One of the highlights at the Anuga FoodTec is a Line concept for the production of snack packs with products such as cheese cubes and mini salami slices. The centrepiece of this processing solution is the Weaver weSHUTTLE Shuttle System. Characterised by maximum flexibility in terms of application diversity and spatial design options, line concepts based around the weSHUTTLE can be precisely tailored to customer-specific recipes. Trade visitors can also look forward to two new Weber slicers, which will be making their debut at Anuga FoodTec. One of the slicers will be presented as part of a Line concept for the processing of sliced products using the example of a bacon application for the food service sector. This line combines maximum performance with a minimal footprint and can be converted to other applications in just a few simple steps.
In addition to the slicer première, the Food Service line concept includes another new product. The weSTACK gives the line added flexibility, as food producers can decide at any time whether or not to use the stacker. Visitors can also look forward to a number of highlights in the packaging area, including the new Weber OxyTech system for Measurement of the residual oxygen content, the new weLABEL labeller in top web and bottom web versions and three Weber wePACK thermoforming packaging machines for different applications and performance classes.
