From 27 to 30 June, the automation industry will be meeting in Munich for automatica. Bluhm Systeme will also be there with various smart labelling systems. Among other things, the full-service provider will be exhibiting inkjet printers and a pallet labeller.
On the automatica brings Bluhm Systems for example, includes a solution for reducing empty times. The Legi-Air AP 182 pallet labeller can be operated from any range individually and activates a corresponding movement profile. Seven travel paths are programmable. This is made possible by an applicator that is moved via linear axes using a stepper motor drive.
With the Markoprint integra PP RAZR inkjet printer, Bluhm has a new printing technology up its sleeve. Markoprint integra PP RAZR makes it easy to print up to 34 mm high on almost any object. The permanent print head impresses with its high print image resolution, speed and integrated redundancy. The integra PP RAZR features Two separate nozzle channels that can be controlled independently of each other.
The Legi-Air 4050 E is a robust and proven label printing and dispensing system. The modulated vacuum Reduces compressed air consumption by up to 80 per cent with the Legi-Air 4050 E. As the winder and unwinder are motorised, the print module wears less. In addition, the design of the print dispensing system completely dispenses with maintenance parts
Another inkjet printer is the Linx 8900, which continuously monitors the ink and solvent levels to provide early warning. It also permanently determines the viscosity of the ink, to adjust them automatically if necessary. This guarantees consistently good printing results and creates production reliability. Alternatively, the system can be operated directly on the device via the large touchscreen or conveniently on a PC. It can be customised via various Connect interfaces with the company network and databases. So-called remote fields can be automatically filled with customised information.
