Ströbel GmbH presented its new range of labels for the Öko-Line bag series at the „World of Coffee“ trade fair in Berlin at the beginning of June. The medium-sized company from Middle Franconia also showcased its various flavour protection packaging for sensitive foods at the trade show for coffee manufacturers, roasting plants and packaging producers.
Founded in 1978, the Ströbel GmbH still sees itself as a „bag manufacturer“. The company continues to specialise in the production of Flavour protection packaging, for coffee beans, among other things. Since 2013, Ströbel has had the „Ströbel Öko-Line“ aroma protection bag, a packaging solution for food that does not require raw materials such as aluminium, the production of which consumes a lot of energy. Instead, according to Ströbel, the Öko-Line is based on Kraft paper from sustainable forestry.
Kraft paper bags with PE barrier layer
As Barrier layer is covered with a PE film Monomaterial which is generally easy to recycle. The barrier layer protects the contents of the bag from the effects of moisture from outside and also from the penetration of oxygen. The Öko-Line bags are available in black, white and brown.
According to Ströbel GmbH, the new labels for the flavour protection bags round off the Öko-Line range. The Backing paper is white, so that colourful motifs stand out particularly well against the background. The labels can be finished with partial varnishing. The Labels can be ordered in quantities of 50 or more and are printed using digital or offset printing.
Ströbel presented another new product for the 250-grammeSide gusset bagThe Display-The new display is designed to ensure better stability of the coffee bags on sales shelves. The displays with space for up to seven bags are reusable and can be labelled.
