Sustainable film packaging from Saropack

At Fachpack in Nuremberg, the Lörrach-based company Saropack is exhibiting climate-friendly film packaging with recycled content, food-safe shrink film and its film packaging machines in various designs.

At Fachpack in Nuremberg, the Lörrach-based company Saropack will be exhibiting climate-friendly film packaging with recycled content, food-compliant shrink films and its film packaging machines in various designs.

At the Saropack Group stand, there will be applications and advice on how film packaging can be organised in an environmentally friendly way. Practical solutions will be presented on the packaging machines on display. There will also be optimisation of materials and processes. The company will be providing information about recyclable films and innovations in the film sector.

Technical support is also provided by the Climate Foundation myclimatewhich at the myclimate-Infopoint during the whole fair is present with its own staff.

Saropack shows the visitors within the Sarogreen One of the products in this concept is the thin, transparent fine shrink film Sarofilm BRI, which contains 30 per cent recycled material. It is made according to According to the company, it is also the first fine shrink film that is completely CO2-neutral is offered. The film is demonstrated on a Saropacker WS560A angle welding machine.

The company also presents Sarofresh and Sarofilm RCB Food-safe shrink films with PCR recycled content as well as Sarofilm BTT+90, a reduced-thickness film in 9my, which will be demonstrated on the fully automatic Saropacker 500HS side-sealing machine.
