
Graphic Packaging International wants to drive forward the circular economy with product innovations. To this end, the company is expanding its range of sustainable reusable packaging for the beverage industry. EnviroClip is a low-material cardboard alternative to plastic rings and shrink film for standard beverage cans.
The new solution from Graphic Packaging consists of a layer of cardboard made using renewable fibres from sustainably managed forests. is manufactured. No adhesives or plastic laminates are used in the production process.

The devices used for the production of EnviroClip are characterised by a and work at different speeds, which means that the, from manual to high-speed automated. EnviroClip can be used with standard 330 ml and 500 ml cans in four- and six-pack configurations.
The high-speed system from Graphic Packaging is equipped with a proprietary, customised Ovehead clip system which not only ensures that the EnviroClip ring is evenly applied to the cans, but also that the quality and strength of the packaging remains consistent.
