Sustainable paper packaging at Fachpack

The Felix Schoeller Group is one of the companies presenting packaging solutions using paper at this year's Fachpack in Nuremberg. The company will be showcasing its portfolio of customer-specific packaging solutions and providing information on the topics of sustainability, the circular economy, digitalisation and e-commerce.

The family-run company offers ecological packaging made of paper, without losing sight of its functionality and product protection. This includes, among other things, the PrimePaper as a sustainable paper base and the paper composite series FlexPaper. The paper composites are manufactured using the multi-layer co-extrusion process or extrusion lamination. This means that both barrier properties as well as the seal seam strength and puncture resistance can be set individually and variably and adapted to the protection requirements of the product.

A highlight at this year's Fachpack is the presentation of the sustainability star FlexPaper pure. With a high paper content of 95 per cent of total packaging makes an important contribution to an effective circular economy and brings sustainability to the entire life cycle of the packaging.

„Thanks to our extensive expertise in paper production, we are the perfect partner for companies that rely on sustainable packaging for their products. We don't supply off-the-shelf solutions, but work with our customers to develop the right packaging solution for the product in question.“
