BW Flexible Systems presents the SYMACH 3500S, an advanced push palletiser that features high-speed performance and stable stacking. The palletiser minimises product overhang and offers an intuitive user interface for easy operation.

The new palletiser combines the design and innovative strength of BW Flexible Systems with intuitive controls to offer high performance in high-speed palletising. It is suitable for the Stacking and palletising bags, bales, boxes and cartons. The SYMACH 3500S integrates the experience of the original Thiele Master 3500 palletiser and the Symach palletising platform to increase efficiency and precision in palletising.

Jan-Pieter Grootendorst, Global Product Line Leader for Bag Filling and Palletising at BW Flexible Systems, highlights the multiple opportunities this innovation offers manufacturers looking for more robust palletising solutions. The SYMACH 3500S is designed to solve specific palletising challenges, including the risk of rejected shipments, production space constraints and ease of operation.

An outstanding feature of the SYMACH 3500S is the stacking cage, which keeps the bags within the specified dimensions. This reduces and prevents product overhang, which results in a more stable and robust pallet. As a result, the pallets remain square and are easy to load and stack in the warehouse and in lorries.

Grootendorst goes on to explain that customers may request pallets and reject shipments if they notice damage to bags or an overhang. The stacking cage of the SYMACH 3500S eliminates this risk and ensures that customer relationships are maintained and the Costs for product waste minimised become.

The SYMACH 3500S also offers a user-friendly human-machine interface (HMI) that supports 12 languages. This enables communication with ERP, warehouse management and production control systems for seamless data exchange. The Simple creation of stacking patterns and intuitive restoration make the HMI user-friendly.

Another advantage of the SYMACH 3500S is its Compact footprint compared to a palletising robot, making it ideal for environments with limited space. Grootendorst emphasises that the upstream and downstream requirements of manufacturers are always taken into account when designing a palletising system. Therefore, BW Flexible Systems offers many optional extras for pallet and layer pad feeding, transport and pallet wrapping to provide a complete solution for the customer's packaging line.
