During the development of the new Tethered Closure 23 H-PAK, great importance was attached to the fact that it can be used directly in existing filling lines, fits seamlessly into existing processesand fast implementation in the production line. With its design and attention to detail, the closure 23 H-PAK offers a Intelligent first-use function and makes it easy to open the packaging. The specially shaped cutting edge, which effortlessly cuts through the pre-laminated hole so that the opening is always clean and smooth, should be emphasised.

"One of the special features of this new tethered closure is the clearly audible click when opening. The sound, which is perceived as pleasant, indicates to the consumer that the cap is fully raised. After opening, the closure remains in an optimum position to guarantee the best possible pouring."

This innovative closure consists of just three parts - the muzzle, the cap and the cutter - while other products on the market usually require four components. Fewer parts means easier recycling. In addition to its technically leading tethering functions, the 23 H-PAK is an economical solution for carton packaging. Its low weight reduces the levy due for products made from disposable plastic and helps to reduce ongoing business costs.
