Torwegge presents solutions for in-house material flow

At LogiMAT, Torwegge will be showcasing its portfolio of solutions for internal material flow, such as the Force-Lift vacuum tube lifter.

At this year's LogiMAT, system provider Torwegge will be showcasing its portfolio of solutions for in-house material flow. One example is the Force-Lift vacuum tube lifter, which is suitable for goods weighing up to 75 kilograms.

„As an integrated system partner for customised material flow systems, we are looking forward to presenting Torwegge technology live to visitors to our stand at LogiMAT and giving them the opportunity to talk directly to our intralogistics experts. Sometimes it's the smallest parts in the system that make the biggest difference. We therefore have various components from transport, conveyor and handling technology in our range, which we combine according to our customers“ requirements to create an efficient material flow system."

Frank Hilbrich, Managing Director of Torwegge GmbH & Co. KG.

One of the highlights at the trade fair stand are the specially developed FlexO rollers that can be configured individually and customised can be used. This means that the conveyor technology components can be used in almost any area. They are designed modularly by the Bielefeld-based company so that they can be produced cost-effectively even in small quantities. The wheel centre is made of durable polyamide and can be fitted with various ball or plain bearings. Various axle hole diameters and drums in different degrees of hardness and load capacities can be selected. The components can be used both in roller tracks and in customised designs.

Since last year, the company has had a new vacuum tube lifter in its range, the Force-Lift, which will also be exhibited at LogiMAT. The device is developed and produced by co-operation partner AERO-LIFT Vakuumtechnik.

„The Force-Lift is both high quality and innovative and therefore fits perfectly into our range. Its biggest advantage is its handling, which enables both left- and right-handed users to move heavy goods effortlessly.“

In addition to the intuitive controls, the device is characterised by its performance. With the tube lifter, goods weighing up to 75 kilograms can be lifted, fixed and moved with just one hand. Thanks to these features, the tube lifter is versatile in use. Can be used in shipping, warehousing and industry. The ergonomic design also reduces the strain on employees.
