Trade fair becomes emergency accommodation

War refugees from Ukraine are also coming to Germany. Emergency accommodation has now been set up for the people in a hall at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. 

Due to the war in Ukraine, more and more refugees are travelling via Poland to other European countries and also to Germany. The distribution and accommodation of these people is now an important task and challenge. Emergency accommodation for war refugees from Ukraine has now been set up in a hall at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. 

Hall 3C had already proven itself in its Function as a vaccination centre Nuremberg with its infrastructure, brightness and easily accessible location in the exhibition centre. NürnbergMesse is now responding to the city of Nuremberg's wish for emergency aid and provides the hall as temporary emergency accommodation. for arriving refugees.

This also has an impact on the Biofach and Vivaness 2022. Exhibitors will move a little closer together at the trade fair. In return, the Vivaness will find a new home at the exhibition centre for the Summer Edition from 26 to 29 July 2022. The organisers also point out that they cannot yet foresee the exact impact on the Summer Edition. The Trade fair planning will be adjusted accordingly

The organisers are working on the Adaptation of the hall concept for the Summer Edition of the trade fair duo and examine relevant implementation options - true to the motto: as much change as necessary, as little as possible.
