More service for industrial printers

Technology that does not do what the user wants is one of the great annoyances of our time - both in the private and commercial sectors. For TSC Printronix Auto ID customers, at least it will be easier to resolve any problems in future.

The Bavarian printer manufacturer has recently started offering a extended warranty under the „Extended Warranty Programme“ as well as on-site service („On-Site Service Programme“). The service and maintenance contracts define fixed costs and services for a fixed period. This allows the Long-term planning and budgeting of service requirements, even for complex work equipment. Faults can also be professionally rectified and defective devices can be repaired or quickly replaced at short notice. 

Warranty extension as required

Certified service technicians carry out any necessary maintenance and repair work directly on site. Labour and travel costs are already included in the service flat rate. Customers can take advantage of the extended warranty for up to 30 days after purchasing a printer. The standard two-year warranty can be extended to three, four or five years.
