TVI was honoured with the Fleischer-Handwerk Award 2022 at IFFA for its latest product development. The universal portioning machine GMS 400 won the award in the processing machines category. It enables small and medium-sized production companies in particular to automate portioning.
This year counts TVI is one of the lucky winners. With the GMS 400 Hightech or portioning with 3D forming, the company is making weight-accurate food portioning possible and affordable for SMEs. The portioner can be used with easy and intuitive to operate with minimal labour are placed in a drawer. The pieces of meat are placed in a drawer at the side. As soon as this is inserted into the machine, the process starts. In the first step, the product is shaped and measured three-dimensionally. The next step involves portioning residue-free or with a minimal section. The portions are then transported out via a conveyor belt at an ergonomic height and fed to the downstream process. The GMS 400 is also line-compatible with other TVI modules and communicates with any additional TVI equipment, such as the checkweigher.
