Virtual conference for sustainable packaging

At the end of November, Henkel invites you to the Henkel Sustainability Days. The virtual event offers space for discussion and exchange.

For the third time, Henkel is organising the Henkel Sustainability Days. At the virtual events, participants from all over the world have the opportunity to exchange ideas and listen to exciting discussions on topics that concern the industry. 

The virtual conference will take place from 30 November to 1 December, at which the global packaging and consumer goods industry meets to reshape the future. Sustainability Days 2022 will showcase the trends, challenges and opportunities on the road to sustainability. The fully digital event is free to attend and provides a forum to hear from industry experts and meet with like-minded people from around the world to share best practice.

To the The main topics of the events include the circular economy and aspects such as the procurement of materials and better design. The Footprint and the effects of upstream and downstream activities and how they can best be measured. With a view to  Regulations and reporting we will focus on the global context, technological issues and the opportunities and implications, including tax and finance. The present and future will be analysed with a view to Trends, challenges and opportunitiessustainability strategies, new materials, food waste, food safety and e-commerce. 

In the virtual auditorium, participants can listen to live presentations and panel discussions, take part in Q&A sessions with industry thought leaders or attend live workshops with industry peers. The virtual networking areas offer further opportunities to meet up, share experiences and initiate collaborations.

The two-day event is structured in such a way that it provides a comprehensive programme that is accessible and relevant to interested parties from the entire industry worldwide. is. The first day will focus on Europe and the Americas with live broadcasts from the Henkel studios in Düsseldorf and Stamford, USA. The second day will offer content tailored to Asia and Europe with live broadcasts from Düsseldorf and Shanghai. For those who cannot attend live, the content of the Handle Sustainability Days 2022 and all presentations from previous years available on demand.
