The VDMA Robotics + Automation Association has a new chairman in Wilfried Eberhardt. The Chief Marketing Officer and member of the Supervisory Board of Kuka AG was elected for three years at the members' meeting and replaces Dr Norbert Stein.
Dr Stein, Managing Director at Vitronic, stepped down from the honorary position on a rotational basis. Frank Konrad, Managing Partner of Hahn Automation GmbH, was elected Deputy Chairman. In total, the board consists of 14 members.

The entire board of the professional association consists of a total of 14 members. In addition to the chairman and his deputy, the members are Dr Heiko Frohn, Dr Horst Heinol-Heikkinen, Dr Jürgen Hohnhaus, Dr Klaus Kluger, Dr Dietmar Ley, Dr Olaf Munkelt, Cornelia Püschel, Stefan Roßkopf, Helmut Schmid, Gottfried Schumacher, Henrik Schunk and Volker Spanier.
