Recobulk stands for reconditioned IBCs in original Schütz quality. The Hamburg-based company Witt & Co. GmbH has many years of experience in the reconditioning of Schütz products and is now participating in the Recobulk partner programme of Schütz GmbH & Co. KGaA partner programme.
Witt & Co. is the leading specialist company for reconditioning in northern Germany. Schütz has maintained a trusting partnership with Witt & Co. since 1979. This business relationship has been continuously expanded and developed over the past decades. In the almost 40 years of co-operation, more and more similarities have emerged.
„We share a common understanding of safety, quality and resource conservation. The great trust that has grown on both sides is now being underpinned with the conclusion of a Recobulk cooperation agreement,“ says Stephan Witt, Managing Director of Witt & Co.
Thanks to its experience and expertise in the remanufacturing of Schütz products, the Hamburg-based company is ideally suited for the partner programme.
High quality thanks to the same process standards
As a new co-operation partner, Witt & Co. manufactures the Recobulk in the same quality with the Original UN approvals. Schütz therefore provides the Hamburg-based company with the necessary equipment for production and the Original spare parts out. In return, the company undertakes to uniform process standards to take over. These are regularly audited by Schütz. This ensures that customers can use a Recobulk - whether from Schütz or Witt & Co. - to transport their filling goods without hesitation. At the same time, they benefit from the economic and ecological efficiency that is closely linked to the product.

Recobulk - an original from Schütz and its partners
Just as with the newly manufactured IBCs, Schütz has been committed to the highest quality for reconditioned containers from the very beginning and has established its own standard. In order to eliminate potential risks from the parallel use of new and used packaging, Recobulk offers the Same safety as new containers. The Schütz standard guarantees a globally standardised reconditioning process in accordance with the highest environmental, safety and quality management specifications. The new brand name immediately recognises the link between originality and quality.
This means for customers: Regardless of whether they use reconditioned Recobulk or new Ecobulk, they benefit from the highest quality and safety - even in the mix. In addition, each of the reconditioned IBCs saves around 100 kilograms of CO2 emissions during production compared to a new IBC.
