REA Elektronik will be represented at Fachpack 2025 as a full-range supplier for industrial labelling. The company will be presenting new solutions based on Sustainability, regulatory requirements and efficiency in day-to-day production pay in. Visitors can expect practical insights into technologies such as the new 100-watt laser, digital direct printing and the integration of 2D codes.
Labelling for the future: sustainable and legally compliant
With a view to upcoming regulations such as the EU packaging regulation (PPWR) and the digital product passport (DPP), REA Elektronik shows how ecological and legal requirements can be combined with technical innovation. Among other things, the company uses on environmentally friendly inks, recyclable monofilms, consumable-free laser systems and digital direct printing solutions, that can print packaging efficiently and individually - in real time and without changing materials.
Advice and knowledge transfer in the 2D Competence Centre
Another highlight is the 2D Competence Centre at the REA trade fair stand. There, experts will provide advice on GS1-compliant 2D codes, which are to be used across the board in retail from 2027. REA is contributing its experience from the pharmaceutical industry and supporting the migration with practical solutions for integration into existing production lines.

New products: From high-performance lasers to complete solutions for FMCG
One of the new products is the REA CL100 laser with 100 watts of power. It is suitable for precise, fast and non-contact marking on a wide range of materials and is Specially designed for demanding industrial environments. REA is also presenting a scan-print-read system for the FMCG sector: it automatically checks plain text and codes for legibility and accuracy - directly after printing.
The REA ColorJet 2 full-colour inkjet printer has been further developed in the REA Label product line. It now also offers a 1:1 print and dispense function, can be automated and has an improved display for a better overview and ease of use.
Networking event „PackTalk and Drinks“
To kick off the trade fair, REA invites you to a get-together at the trade fair stand on 23 September from 6 pm. Under the motto „PackTalk and Drinks“, new contacts will be made and technical discussions held in a relaxed after-work atmosphere.
