Together with its partners Opitz Packaging Systems and H.B. Fuller Germany, Robatech will be presenting future-orientated technologies at the joint stand at LogiMAT. The focus: the interaction between machine, adhesive and application technology.
At the Stuttgart trade fair, the companies will be demonstrating the interaction between machine, adhesive and application technology with a volume reducer from Opitz Packaging Systems, an adhesive from Fuller and an adhesive application system from Robatech. This will demonstrate how modern adhesive application can make a significant contribution to resource efficiency, process reliability and sustainability.
This is particularly relevant for volume reducers, carton erectors or automatic packaging lines - such as those used in the rapidly growing e-commerce sector. For adhesive application, Robatech uses the SX Longlife spray head, which was specially developed for high switching frequencies and a long service life. The robust design reduces maintenance requirements and downtimes - a decisive advantage in highly automated packaging processes.

With its energy-efficient design, intelligent control and high process stability, the Vision melter - like the other melters of the new generation - enables precise and needs-based adhesive application. This allows users to reduce their energy consumption and operating costs in the long term.
The melter includes automatic filling, which ensures greater work safety, higher system availability and a constant adhesive temperature in the melting tank. Automating the adhesive supply minimises manual intervention and makes processes more efficient.
