At the heart of LoeschPack's trade fair presentation is a new packaging line, developed in collaboration with sister company Hastamat. This line combines a horizontal form, fill, and seal machine with a stand-up pouch machine to seamlessly integrate paper-based packaging. This innovation demonstrates how primary and secondary packaging can be optimally coordinated to meet the demands of modern supermarket shelves.

Another highlight is the world premiere of a new high-performance machine for folded chocolate bars. This machine is based on a completely new concept that combines performance, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. It was developed based on decades of experience and in close cooperation with international customers. The aim was to further develop proven technologies and adapt them to today's competitive requirements.

High performance and precision

Particularly noteworthy is the RCB-HS wrapping machine, which is designed for the packaging of small chocolate products. It combines the advantages of classical fold wrapping with a continuous, tight hot seal. This technology ensures high packaging integrity and reliably protects the products, even under demanding climatic conditions.

Versatility in focus

Alongside these machines, LoeschPack is also showcasing the CMT cartoning machine, which efficiently produces display cartons. With a modular platform architecture, the machine can be flexibly adapted to different requirements, making it particularly well-suited for high-volume applications. LoeschPack offers not only individual machines but also complete packaging systems from a single source to meet the growing demand for integrated solutions.
