Customised for a wide range of applications, Ishida will be showcasing fully automatic packaging systems and state-of-the-art technologies at interpack 2017. Several newly developed systems will have their „world premiere“. The food industry can be excited.
For the trade fair presentation, Ishida is categorising the packaging systems into four categories: Weighing, quality control, snacks and Fresh products. Each area is supplemented by sophisticated software solutions for production optimisation in the sense of Industry 4.0.
With the Multihead weighers the company will be demonstrating machine models for a wide range of requirements. Whether compact scales for very small target weights or high-performance models with 32 weighing heads for mixed processing of up to eight product components, everything is represented. Sector-specific multihead weighers, e.g. for processing highly adhesive meat products or sliced fruit, will also be on show. The Ishida engineers have come up with new features for even better hygiene.
X-ray inspection systems for every requirement
Ishida will be presenting its complete new range of X-ray inspection systems. The range extends from entry-level models for homogeneous products to high-performance systems for varying requirements and devices for particularly demanding detection tasks. The AirScan inline system for detecting leaking MAP packaging is also used for brand integrity. The system is available for checking trays and, more recently, pouch packaging.
The special expertise in the packaging of various snacks is also based on the successful integration of multihead weighers and flow-wrapping machines to create complete processing lines including quality control and final packaging. Interested parties can take a look at new machine solutions.
