The „Selective“ model is the new basic model in the „lift2move“ range of mobile handling and transport systems from Expresso Deutschland GmbH. The Kassel-based intralogistics company offers the lifting and loading aid from the range of single lift mast models in three size classes.
The modular „lift2move“ system enables companies to optimise their material flow processes. „In all companies, there are a large number of standard and routine handling or conveying tasks without a high degree of specialisation. To enable companies to fully exploit their optimisation potential here too, we have developed the new Basic model lift2move Selective developed,“ says Expresso Managing Director Alexander Bünz.
Loads of up to 125 kilograms can be lifted with the Selective model. This applies equally to the three size classes Small, Medium and Large. These differ in the mast lifting distances of 1,192, 1,442 and 1,692 millimetres.
Choice of six load supports
Customers can choose from Six different load supports. Three stainless steel platforms are suitable for storage boxes and workpiece carriers. Cylindrical products can be transported with a V-block. A 500-millimetre mandrel is suitable for coils, rolls and pipes. Finally, there is a 450-millimetre jib with adjustable load hooks with a load capacity of 90 kilograms.
The new „lift2move Selective“ model was basically put together by Expresso from components of the existing „lift2move“ system. These include the Stability chassis, the smooth-running swivel castors, the adjustable push handle for manual feed, the low-maintenance Spindle drive on the lift mast, the tool-free exchangeable battery pack, the central brake bracket and the remote control for regulating the lifting and lowering speed in two stages. As the same basic equipment and a limited selection of load supports were emphasised, Expresso can deliver the product quickly and at attractive conditions.
