Pro Mach takes over P.E. Labellers

Pro Mach, a provider of integrated packaging and converting technology, has announced the acquisition of P.E. Labellers SpA, a global supplier of high-speed labelling machines.

Pro Mach, a provider of integrated packaging and converting technology, has announced the acquisition of P.E. Labellers SpA, a global supplier of high-speed labelling machines. The acquisition expands the company's jewellery labelling and integrated packaging capabilities. All subsidiaries and management teams of P.E. Labellers will be integrated into the Pro Mach business.

P.E. Labellers specialises in Automated concentricity and Linear labelling machines for high line speeds. The company offers a wide range of innovative labellers and solutions for packaged consumer and industrial goods. The machines are manufactured at over 10 locations worldwide, are fully modular in design and include self-adhesive, hot melt, cold glue, roll-fed and sleeve labelling processes. The consistent modularity and a standardised machine housing facilitate the installation and flexible changeover of different labelling systems depending on requirements and the production environment. The innovative ADHESLEEVE technology P.E. Labellers' labelling machines for the use of pre-glued films enjoy a high reputation throughout the market for their reliability and efficiency, hygienic design and overall environmental compatibility with reduced operating costs and downtime. More than 10,000 P.E. Labellers rotary and linear labellers are installed worldwide.
