Zünd Systemtechnik AG from Altstätten in Switzerland will be focussing on the modular automation of finishing processes at its FachPack presentation this year. Among other things, the leading provider of digital cutting systems will be presenting a new solution for integrated industrial production.
With its versatile automation solutions, the company offers numerous options for sustainably increasing efficiency while minimising personnel deployment. The range extends from fully automatic tool changers about Collaborative robot systems up to integrated production lines for fully automated material transport.
Zünd will be presenting a completely newly developed loading and unloading system for use in an industrial environment. The solution enables Stacking height of up to 1.5 metres significantly longer and uninterrupted operating times. This means that even large print runs can be produced efficiently and economically.
Cutter with tandem operation
Zünd shows what the uninterrupted cutting of corrugated board or foam without automatic material feed looks like with a G3 cutter with tandem operation. Loading and unloading and production take place in parallel. The cutter is also equipped with the automatic cutter changer ARC.
It offers space for up to eight milling cutters. Machining with different milling cutters becomes even easier. The operator always has an overview of his tools, can minimise the time required for retooling and thus use the cutter even more efficiently.
