The experts optimise the performance of the individual machines and components as well as the higher-level control system. The operator receives a complete linee with optimum throughput. Centrepiece of the packaging lines is the high-performance packaging machine Beumer stretch hood.
Bulk materials such as cement or building materials and other Industrial powdery goods the Beumer fillpac R filling machine fills bags efficiently and gently. It can fill materials from very fine to very coarse structures into different bag formats and types, such as valve bottom and valve flat bags. The company also offers the Beumer bag placer and a bag bundle magazine for the rotary filling machine, which operates according to the turbine principle.
In the chemical and petrochemical industry the highly efficient Beumer fillpac FFS form-fill-seal system is used. It forms bags from prefabricated PE tubular film, fills them with the customer's product and seals the bags. The system is available both for the high-performance range for up to 2,600 bags per hour and for lower throughputs of up to 1,800 or 2,500 bags per hour.
Palletising made easy
For stacking the bags on pallets, the full-service provider has developed the High-performance palletiser Beumer paletpac in the programme. This stacks even sensitive and high-quality products and those with special flow behaviour gently and efficiently. Depending on the product requirements, it is equipped with a clamp or double belt turning device.
The space-saving articulated arm robot Beumer robotpac is predestined for palletising cartons, boxes, canisters or trays. It can perform even complex palletising and depalletising tasks reliably and efficiently in a fully automated process.
